Classroom Paraprofessional
The Classroom Paraprofessional at GALS Ohio supports the classroom teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and academically focused environment. The paraprofessional plays a critical role in supporting students’ individual needs—academically, socially, emotionally and behaviorally—while promoting the mission and values of GALS Ohio.
Operational
Office Manager
The Office Manager serves as the heart of the school’s administrative operations. This individual ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office and provides key support to school leadership, staff, students, and families. As a welcoming and organized presence, the Office Manager helps foster a supportive, inclusive, and mission-aligned school environment.
School Social Worker
The School Social Worker promotes student success by addressing social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental barriers to learning. This role provides counseling and support services to students and families, connects them with community resources, and collaborates with staff to foster a positive and inclusive school climate. The social worker plays a key role in enhancing students’ academic and social development through prevention, intervention, and advocacy.

Administrative Assistant
GALS Ohio (Girls Athletic Leadership Schools), a public charter school serving grades 6–8, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and mission-aligned Administrative Assistant. This role is central to the operations of the school and will primarily support the Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional and committed to empowering middle school girls through education, leadership and wellness.
